Set up meetings for hospital executives.
Maintain and distribute AV equipment.
Assist with videoconference testing and execution, as well as live media production.
Handle all requests for media duplication, packaging and distribution.
Ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality customer service to internal and external clients.
Preferred Criteria Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Cisco Video Network Specialist 1-2 years of experience Required Criteria Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with both Mac and PC computers Must be familiar with various video conferencing hardware and software, desktop configurations Must be knowledgeable on various audio video individual specs, H.
