As a Laboratory Technologist you will conduct routine and complex tests on clinical specimens in the microbiology laboratory including mycology, bacteriology, and parasitology.
You will troubleshoot instruments and methods.
In state-of-the-art 24-hour facilities, you'll find real opportunities to maximize your time and training.
Perform all quality control procedures and assist in the evaluation of new equipment, reagents and methodologies.
Great advancement opportunity for a Technologist!This is a full-time, day shift position working 8am-4pm with rotating weekends and holidays.
Preferred Criteria Microbiology experience ASCP certification Required Criteria Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or any other health science related field New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license from the New York State Education Department 2 years of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience NEW HIRES PENDING A CLINICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST LICENSE:
